I've heard of receding hairlines but is there any such thing as a 'pro-ceding' hairline?

Today I went to the doctor for my two-month check up. Despite my slim physique, the doctor informed me that I am in the 100th percentile for weight (I don't know how that is mathematically possible, I think they really mean that I'm in the 99.9th percentile). After that good news, she proceeded to stab me with multiple needles. I was so pissed, I screamed a bit and then took a nap.

I took a little break from watching Argentina play in the World Cup to snuggle with mom. She is the best (and not a bad soccer player either).

Focusing on the Family

I'm in Colorado Springs "attending" my first scientific conference and marinating in the nerd milieu. As an ex-uterine parasite, I appreciate the parasitology conference. I also appreciate learning that my parents are not actually the weirdiest people out there.

Goodbye

Last week Gunther left us after 14 years. Here is a picture of The Gunth when he was a little puppy. I didn't get to know him well, but he liked to give me the full sniff-down every morning when I woke up. I wish he would have stuck around a bit longer so he could eat all the food I'm going to throw on the ground once I get to eat real food. Mom and Dad said he was the best dog ever.

That's right - I have my confidence back and I am cuter than ever! Damn I look good in this outfit. Does the strawberry make my cheeks look big? I hope so - I troll these cheeks around the house to pick up kisses from mom and dad.

I'm hideous

The soft focus was essential here - I'm afraid to be seen in my current state. I have a blocked tear duct that gives me a rheumy eye, my hair is emerging in uneven patches on my head (like dandelions on a lawn), I've got a skin rash on my face, and I'm in a pissy mood because I haven't crapped in 2 days. Mom and dad still think I'm cute, but what do they know.
