Last weekend we went camping up in Wyoming. It was my first camping trip as a mobile creature and I loved it! Freedom to roam makes for a happy baby (it's not my fault mom and dad get tired chasing me around).
I got to practice my favorite new word 'rock'. I love geology but dad says geologists are bad role models as they drink too heavily.
... speaking of which, nothing beats a nice, frosty beverage by the campfire.
It was a chilly night so I had to sleep in mom's sleeping bag (translation: mom didn't sleep at all), but it was a beautiful morning.
We just got back from Austin, TX where I got to hang out with Grandma McK. Awesome. What was not awesome was going outside - that place is a blazing inferno. So when I got back, I had to lace up my boots and do some hiking.
How do you like my hiking skirt? - sporty yet classy.
Of course, it is important to stop occasionally and vogue for the paparazzi.
Still photos too boring for you? How about an action vid? Hold onto your seat, this video is extreme, umm, I mean x-scream.
After walking 200 yards in an hour, a girl needs to rest her tired dogs in a nice cold stream.
Last weekend we went up to the mountains with my friend Neva and her pit bulls (oh yeah, her parents were there too...). We went hiking, tossed food around in restaurants, and went hot-tubbing.
Here I am on my first self-powered hike. I made it about 50 yards in half an hour with lots of stops to eat flowers.
Neva and I posed for a picture that we can put in our heart-shaped lockets (hint, hint - we need some bling!).
For father's day, mom and I went for a picnic up in the mountains with Neva and her mom while the dads went mountain biking.
Of course, I had to fix dad's bike before he could ride. The derailleur needed adjusting, the brake rotors needed cleaning, and the whoziwhatsit needed my technical expertise.
